IT Consulting & Support

Your technology.
In good hands.

Help with what you already have. Advice on what comes next.

What can I
help you with?

A specific problem, a fresh setup, or a second opinion. Start wherever you need help.

Microsoft 365 &
Google Workspace

“We need to move our email, or get our current setup right.”

Setup, migrations, licensing, shared files, account access, and safer sign-ins. I can also help protect your business email against impersonation.

Networks &
connectivity

“Our Wi-Fi is unreliable. We need to see what’s happening.”

UniFi troubleshooting, network improvements, and Starlink installations, including experience connecting a fleet of vehicles. I’ll look at what you already have before recommending replacements.

Projects &
IT support

“We need someone to get this finished.”

Move QuickBooks between local and hosted environments, replace a computer’s hard drive, set up devices, or get your business listed on Apple Maps. Businesses and individuals are welcome.

Automation &
useful reporting

“Can this update itself instead of someone doing it by hand?”

Connect existing tools to useful reports and spreadsheets. Past work includes automatically bringing Starlink fleet information into Google Sheets.

Independent advice &
cost reviews

“Are we paying for things we don’t need?”

Review licensing, overlapping subscriptions, proposals, and renewals. Get experienced IT leadership for a decision or project, without hiring a full-time director.

Protection, visibility & plain-English reporting

Know what you have.
See what needs attention.

I bring key information about your computers, accounts, email, and security together in one clear report. You’ll understand what’s covered, what needs attention, and the next steps you can take for your business.

Talk about your report

Your technology, explained

One report.
On a schedule.
A clearer picture.

  1. What do we have?A clearer view of the computers, accounts, and services included in your reporting.
  2. What’s protected?Understand the protection in place and where additional coverage may help.
  3. What needs attention?Meaningful findings, changes, and priorities explained in plain English, so you can decide what comes next.

Start with one area or bring several together. Reports cover the services we agree on and clearly explain what was checked and where information is limited.

Build on the coverage you need.

Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace account reviews, email and domain protection, identity monitoring, cloud backups and recovery, and network visibility are available too.

Start with one area. We’ll work out the right fit together.

Working together

Start with
one conversation.

Based in Piedmont, serving the Oklahoma City metro, with remote help available beyond it.

Can I hire you for just one project or a second opinion?

Yes. You don’t need an ongoing support contract to get help. We’ll agree on the work and cost before starting. Short term or long term, the service and commitment are the same.

Can you work with our existing IT provider?

Yes. I can help with a particular project, provide a second opinion, or add visibility in an area that needs attention. We can build on the tools and relationships you already have.

Can you help us understand the AI tools our team uses?

Yes. We can review known tools, subscriptions, and available usage information, then talk with your team about what’s useful and what information is being shared. Reports alone won’t reveal every tool.

What if I need something that isn’t listed?

Ask. The examples here aren’t the limits of what I do. If another specialist is a better fit, I can refer you to contractors I’ve built trust with over more than 15 years.
